For the 2023-24 academic year, the Office of Academic Affairs will sponsor five types of mentoring circles. All are devoted to the topics of tenure, promotion, and advancement.
In the future, the range of MC offerings through LIFT will continue to expand to include sponsored as well as grassroots generated topics (i.e. topics based on nominations from faculty).
