LIFT Participation Agreement:
Effective peer mentoring circles emerge from active, ongoing participation on the part of circle members. Making time to develop trust and camaraderie are foundational to the experience. As you prepare to begin your membership in a LIFT mentoring circle, we ask you to review the roles and expectations associated with your primary role. Before signing the participation agreement, please consider carefully your capacity and willingness to commit your time.

LIFT MC Members commit to:

Completing a participation agreement
Participating in LIFT MC Program orientation, closing celebration, and program evaluation
Investing about two-to-four hours of their time per month, inclusive of circle meetings, activities, and program-wide events
Participating fully in scheduled MC meetings
Keeping information shared within their circle confidential
Completing a closing reflection

LIFT MC Facilitators commit to:

Completing a participation agreement
Participating in LIFT MC Program orientation, closing celebration, and program evaluation
Investing about three-to-five hours of their time per month, inclusive of circle meetings, activities, and program-wide events
Co-facilitating scheduled MC meetings
Participating in periodic facilitator check-ins
Keeping information shared within their circle confidential
Making use of facilitation guides, workshop materials, and other resources provided through LIFT
Completing a closing reflection like other circle members
